In accordance with number 7 and 9 of Wallingford Town Council Standing orders and Financial Regulations this item be re-examined following a special motion sent to the Proper Officer by Councillor Whelan, Councillor Hendrie, Councillor Keats-Rohan and Cllr Kidley to review the boundary change request at Site A.

Confidential Minute: (601/21/iii) Members to discuss the appointment of Parks/Estates Foreman plus an Apprentice
It was proposed by Councillor Lester, seconded by Councillor Keats-Rohan and RECOMMENDED THAT a Temporary Parks/Estates Foreman be appointed for a period of six months whilst the Full Time Parks/Estates Foreman recruitment process is carried out, and an Apprenticeship role be outlined for approval by Full Council
