Apologies were received from Councillors Beauchamp, Holford, Holder and Hughes

Councillors Beatty, McGregor, Newcombe, Sinkinson and Wilder were not present; the Office had received no apologies

The meeting was adjourned at 19:10 (7:10PM) – Council was not quorate
