
- To work in accordance with the Council’s Health and Safety Policy to ensure that its obligations for Risk Assessment are met.
- To attend all meetings of the Council and its standing Committees, being directly responsible for producing the agendas and minutes for those meetings.
- To ensure all agendas and draft minutes are produced within the Council’s approved timescales, are of the required standard, in a consistent style and uploaded on the Council’s website and displayed in the designated notice boards.
- To assist with general administrative tasks as directed by Town Clerk including filing; photocopying; typing letters, reports, and other forms of record-keeping.
- Hours will be flexible but must include all Council and Committee meetings (Monday and some Wednesday evenings from 7pm)
- You will be primarily based at 8a Castle Street, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 8DL, but flexibility of working from home will be considered.

Working Relationships: The role requires excellent working relationships to be maintained with other members of staff, elected Members, other Councils, local organisations, groups, and community members.
