Enter the competition to design the Mayor's Christmas Card

The Wallingford Town Mayor, Councillor Daniel Beauchamp, would like to involve all local primary school children in the design of the official annual Christmas card by inviting them to enter the Mayor’s Christmas card competition. This year, the Mayor has decided on “Christmas on the River” as a theme.

Entries must:

• be original, creative and colourful.
• not use glitter, or any other protruding items.
• be on A5 paper, either landscape or portrait
• include the child’s name, age, phone number, school and address on the reverse.

Details for the competition are as follows:

1. All entries must be submitted to the Town Council Office no later than 4pm on Friday 15th November 2024, the winning design will be announced the following week.  No entries will be accepted after this deadline.
2. All entrants must be aged 5 to 11 years old and either live or go to school in Wallingford.
3. The winning selection will be made by the Mayor.
4. The children of Councillors and Council staff are not eligible to enter.
