‘On behalf of all the Wallingford Town team and Councillors may I take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas and extend the hope that we all have a prosperous and peaceful 2023’ – Mayor of Wallingford, Cllr Marcus Harris.
Whatever you plans are for the holiday period, The Mayor, Councillors, Town Clerk and Officers wish you a joyful, hopeful and positive time. To spread some Christmas cheer, the Mayor will be in the marketplace on Christmas eve from 12pm -1pm handing out sweets & treats – please do say hello!
Wallingford Town Council office will be closed from 12:30pm, Friday 23rd December 2022 and will reopen at 9:30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
This year we held a Mayor’s Christmas card competition, and the winner was Rose Oliver, a big congratulations to Rose. You can see her artwork of a snowy Christmassy evening above.
We were lucky to have the help of Poppy and Debbie to label the Christmas cards in the office – a big thank you to them!
