11 BANKING HUB
The Mayor to update on the outcome of MP David Johnston’s meeting to set up a banking hub in Wallingford in the light of continuing bank closures. Wallingford has been identified as one of 12 communities in England where both residents and local business will particularly struggle to get access to cash and banking services. The Full Council has previously given its support in principle to this initiative (Minute 380/22).
12 COST OF LIVING CRISIS – WARM SPACES
To consider what action the Council should take to create, maintain or support ‘warm spaces’ for hard-pressed members of the community over the winter months.

Draft Estimates for 2023-2024
It was proposed by Councillor Holford, and seconded by Councillor Cattermole, and RECOMMENDED at that Full Council adopt a revised budget showing a 7.42% increase which was equivalent to an additional £10.83 for Band D household or £1.08 for each of the 10 months
