620/21.TIMETABLE OF MEETINGS
The Town Clerk reported on the changes to the Timetable of Meetings.
It was proposed by Councillor Kidley, seconded by Councillor Hughes and RESOLVED THAT Council agree the changes to the timetable of meetings.
621/21.ESTATE OFFICERS ROLE
The Mayor informed members that the Estates Officer had handed in his notice to pursue a new opportunity. Members discussed the role and the way forward.
Councillor Lester thanked the Estates Officer for all his hard work, he has done a brilliant job and it’s a great shame that he is leaving.
It was proposed by Councillor Beauchamp, seconded by Councillor Lester and RESOLVED THAT council recruit to the same role to support the office with the estates as an ongoing role.

- Councillor Beatty abstained
- Councillor Newcombe will liaise with the Town Clerk to review the job description.
622/21.CIVIC DINNER
The Mayor informed members that the Civic Dinner had been cancelled due to a number of factors including the current situation in Russia but would look forward to it going ahead in 2023.
